SALES CONTRACT

LYNNE CRACKNELL , of GATO BAY ABYSSINIANS , hereinafter referred to as the SELLER , and_________________________, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER, have entered into an agreement for the Sale and Purchase of one PET, BREEDER, SHOW, _________________________________________

BORN __________________ by the terms of this agreement.

The Seller guarantees :

    1. That to the best of her knowledge the Abyssinian purchased by the Buyer is in good health and has been checked by a Veterinarian at least twice, and is current for all necessary vaccines.
    2. That if the Buyer is unsatisfied with the cat for any reason, health or otherwise, Seller will reimburse the full purchase price of the cat upon the Buyers returning same to her WITHIN TEN DAYS of the original date of sale, at the expense of the Buyer.
    3. The Seller offers a ten-year guarantee for any fatal inherited defects. If this Abyssinian dies before it is ten years old because of such an inherited defect, the Seller will replace the animal with another of equal quality at the earliest possible time upon the receipt and verification of official documentation from an independent Veterinary Pathologist.
    4. That the Abyssinian is from fully registered purebred Abyssinian parents as follows:

It is expressly understood that should the FeLK, FIV, or FIP vaccine be administered to this cat, any and all written or implied guarantees and/or warranties are null and void.

The Buyer guarantees:

•  To pay any shipping charges in transporting the cat to her/him.

•  To accept full responsibility for the life long welfare of this cat, providing it with loving human interaction, adequate and secure shelter, a high quality diet, and prompt, top-notch Veterinary care.

•  NOT to have this cat declawed.

•  NOT to allow this cat to be running free outdoors and subject to the perils of traffic, other animals, diseases, and theft.

•  Buyer agrees to contact Seller immediately if for any reason the cat needs to be relocated. Seller will take back this cat and place it in an appropriate new home for the best sale price that can be obtained and that money will be refunded to the Buyer, less the expenses of boarding until sold.

•  To follow all additional stipulations outlined on page two of this contract which have been marked as applicable to this sale.
